This privacy policy explains how My Wow Adventures, LLC., a Florida based Limited Liability Company, ("My Wow Memories," "we" or "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you. This privacy policy applies to information we collect when you use our websites, online services, and mobile apps, including our My Wow Memories, or when you otherwise interact with us.
We may modify, integrate or update, in whole or in part, this Privacy Policy, and we will notify users of any modification, integration, or update in accordance with Applicable Privacy Laws. If we make modifications, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, under certain circumstances, we may also notify you by additional means such as pop-up or push notifications within the app or our website, or email.
This Privacy Policy applies to My Wow Memories sites, apps, communications, and services (“Services”).
We collect information about browsers and devices you use to access My Wow Memories services, which helps us troubleshoot and make improvements to our services.

We collect this information when a service on your device contacts our servers - for example when you install a My Wow Memories app on your mobile device.
Firebase Crash Reporting (Google Inc.) - Firebase Crash Reporting is a monitoring service provided by Google, Inc.
This type of service allows this Application to monitor the use and behavior of its components so its performance, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting can be improved.
Which Personal Data are processed depends on the characteristics and mode of implementation of these services, whose function is to filter the activities of this Application.
Personal Data collected: geographic position, unique device identifiers for advertising, and various types of Data as specified in the privacy policy of the service.

We may request specific permissions through the use of prompts while you use My Wow Memories. These permissions allow the app’s features to work as intended and to improve your experience as you use the app. Permissions we request include:
Contacts - Access to your contacts will allow you to quickly and easily invite others to your events. You can also enter each invitee’s information manually.
Camera - My wow Memories will need access to your device's camera features and will only require this if you use the camera built into the app. You can choose to use your normal device’s camera instead.
Media library - Access to your photo library allows you to share only the photos and videos that are part of the events you are participating in. While we will need access to all of your library, My Wow Memories is an event-based service that will only access the photos that are taken during the period when the event is active. My Wow Memories will not access any photos in your device photo library that are not part of the event you participate in.
Network Permission - Network permission will help with faster sharing of your photos and videos via Wi-Fi with other group members that are in the same Wi-fi network as you.
Notification and Alerts - We may need to send you notifications about your events and when your friends share their photos and videos with you. We may also periodically remind you to use the app for special holidays, etc., and if there is specific information regarding your account that you will need to know.
When you create a My Wow Memories Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name and, when not using social sign-on, an email address, name, mobile number, and a password.
For example, if you use Apple sign-on, you authorize My Wow Memories to create an account that is identified with your Apple credentials and, in this case, you do not need to create a new password since you will authenticate yourself using your Apple credentials.
Even if you aren’t signed in to a My Wow Memories Account, you might choose to provide us with information — like an email address to receive updates about our services from the official website.
It is mandatory for you to provide your personal data for the purposes of customer support, improving our products and services. If you do not provide personal data, you will not be able to enjoy the app’s services and features.
When you visit a website, it may store or retrieve information on your browser, mostly in the form of cookies. This information might be about you, your preferences, or your device and is mostly used to make the site work as you expect it to.

Controlling your personal data - Deletion: Should you wish to delete your account and all stored data from the My Wow Memories app, you will need to initiate this within the My Wow Memories mobile app via the “Delete My Account and Data” options in the "Settings" menu. All of your stored personal data including email, username, profile pic, and phone number, will be deleted permanently and will no longer be available on mywowmemories.com and My Wow Memories mobile app for iOS.

And we use your information to make improvements to our services — for example, understanding which features are most commonly used so that we can improve the manner in which you are able to access and use those features for a better user experience.

These help us to continuously improve our app. End users that register, install, or access any third-party tools may be required to accept privacy notices provided by those third parties. CleverTap - Part of our marketing and allows us to provide notifications about our app and services. The Data collected may be used by the service provider for interest-based advertising, analytics, and market research. Adjust - This allows us to make decisions that will improve our services based on how our users use My Wow Memories. Sinch - This allows us to verify our users via their OTP (One-time password) services and also send event invitations.
